Janna Coffey has been with NVVA for more than two years. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and moved when she was in 3rd grade to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. She attended Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated with a BA in elementary education. Janna and her husband have been living in Nevada for 14 years. After earning her Master of Education in teaching English as a second language education from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, it was time to start a family! She has three beautiful children ages 9, 4, and 2. Over the past five years, Janna has become a devoted soccer mom and looks forward to becoming a dance mom soon. She enjoys singing, performing, and going to Disneyland. Janna loves working at NVVA. Her passion is helping students of all ages. She loves the staff and developing relationships with others who share the same philosophies and joy that she does!
Nikki Remmert | Testing Coordinator
Nikki Remmert is a recent transplant from San Antonio, Texas. She has worked in education for more than 20 years as a teacher, reading specialist, and program coordinator. She graduated with a BA from Texas A&M University, an MS from Nova Southeastern, and administrator certification from Lamar University. She has moved many times as a military dependent and with her husband’s career, so she doesn’t have a home state, but she always enjoys getting to know the people and places in each new location. She and her family are looking forward to new adventures in Nevada, and especially to becoming a part of the Mustang family!
